Day 17 Walking on King Street Waterloo ... Open Streets Event today
We went walking down King Street for the first Open Streets event of the year today! We took our puppy Annie and joined the other families walking on the avenue without the hindrance of any cars ... it was great. It was threatening rain today so I think that the numbers were a bit smaller that what would be expected but it was nice to just wander along and across King Street and enjoy all of the events that were organized for the afternoon. The Public Square had a entertainment and there were other groups with all kinds of interesting presentations to enjoy.Come on down to King Street for the next Open Streets Event on July 22 ... we will be there promoting the K W Walking Classic race.
