Day 13 Just a busy day
From start to finish today was a busy, productive day. The only problem with a busy day is that it tends to undermine the 30 day walk30 challenge that you have committed to. In the past I would have had my walk30 plans derailed by a busy day but it has been along time since I have missed my daily walk and that tends to keep it happening. It also helps to do this blog ... there isn't much to write about if I don't do my 30 minutes.So after all was said and done we made time to just get out there and walk ... and I'm glad we did.
