Day 23 Walking in the rain
Just a brief note about a super rainy day. From late last night, which included thunder and lightning, there has been a full day of rain. It is amazing how the clouds and the rain can bring your spirits down and damper any enthusiasm for a walk30.Rain or not we headed out to Waterloo Public Square at 6:30 to join the group for an evening walk. I was amazed and impressed to see so many walkers who came out in their rain gear!
Rain or shine we are out there walking. Walk On Strong!
